  • Self-paced and online, with graded milestones keeping you on track
  • 8 portfolio projects
  • Priority access to virtual internship, as well as future paid internship and job openings, both regular and premium-labeled

It doesn't just teach what HR does. It shapes how the best HR people think.

Every module pairs a specific skill with the same six core competencies underneath. That combination is what actually carries over to a real job.

Core competencies — throughout the program

Business Sense

Connects a decision to cost, risk, or return.

Data-Drivenness

Checks the evidence before trusting a hunch.

Getting Things Done

Turns a vague ask into a plan.

People-First Thinking

Keeps fairness in the room.

AI Fluency

Uses AI for a first pass, then adds real judgment.

Tech-Savviness

Cross-cutting

Here's what future-ready HR looks like early in your career.

Four fictional young HR professionals. They're not leading entire functions or making company-wide decisions yet. But they know how to approach everyday HR work with better tools, stronger judgment, and a clearer understanding of why the work matters.

Talent Acquisition Associate

AI Fluency + Talent Acquisition

Rey uses AI to screen 100+ applications against consistent job criteria, then reviews the shortlist himself for context the tool may have missed. The team moves faster without turning hiring into an automated black box.

Illustration of Bram, People Operations Associate

Bram

People Operations Associate

Business Acumen + Performance & Goal-Setting

Bram notices the team's goals track activities, not the metrics the business actually cares about. He helps connect individual goals to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction, giving managers a clearer way to measure performance.

Maya

HR Generalist

Data Fluency + Employee Experience

Maya digs into early-turnover data and finds most exits are concentrated in two teams with weaker onboarding scores. HR can focus on the problem area first instead of rolling out a company-wide fix based on a hunch.

Illustration of Sasha, People Strategy Associate

Sasha

People Strategy Associate

Getting Things Done + People Strategy

Sasha translates a new-market expansion plan into people needs: priority roles, capability gaps, dependencies, and owners. The business gets a practical people plan before hiring requests start coming in one by one.

That's what being future-ready looks like at the start of your HR career.

Not knowing everything, but knowing how to think, use the right tools, ask better questions, and turn what you know into useful work.

What you actually walk away with.

Certificate + lifetime access

Keep every module, video, and cheat-sheet after you finish.

Virtual internship opportunities

Finish strong, and you unlock virtual internship opportunities.

Priority hiring access

Top graduates get priority access to real internship and full-time openings, both regular and premium-labeled, as they open up.

Nalar access includedRp 60K/quarter value

AI-generated summaries, flashcards, quizzes, and an AI study tutor, bundled for your cohort.

Selected graduates

1:1 session with our HR leaders and/or senior executives

You can use it for mentoring, career consultation, CV review, interview mockup, or anything related to career preparation.

Fully self-paced. Fully async.

No mandatory class times. Learn around your classes, your internship, your job.

Your own schedule

Watch, read, and do each module whenever fits your week. No mandatory class times.

Cohort milestones

Set deadlines keep you moving with a group, not drifting alone.

Your cohort gets its own community channel to trade notes with peers, then moves into an alumni channel after graduation.

The full syllabus. Module by module.

Ten modules designed around one goal: helping early-career talent understand how HR actually works — and how to do the work with stronger business, data, technology, and people judgment.

Each module combines Craft skills from across the employee lifecycle with the Core competencies that run throughout the program.

The syllabus below is an early preview and may continue to evolve before launch.
